This is the best gym, I have a 3 month pass right now. The classes are awesome! Body Attack is my absolute favorite- 55 minutes of cardio! It is a killer!

I have one of those 3 month passes right now too! we should go together! I know of the trainers there Tony, he is amazing he also teaches classes his specialty is kickboxing and cardio, amazing. He is from Lebanon, unfortunately because his classes are so killer I cant do them while being pregnant they get my heart rate up to high! but he will be my trainer after the baby is born! Greg is going to be training his wife so we are trading!
